Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that all of the facts charged in the instant case is guilty on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles regarding fraud, fabrication of private documents, establishment of joint principal offenders, principle of burden of proof and probative value in a criminal trial, etc.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
