1. The reasoning of the judgment which cited the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

(Plaintiffs are basically repeating the same arguments in the first instance court, and even if the Plaintiffs were to look at some of the arguments and reasons that have been supplemented in the trial, the first instance court’s judgment is justifiable).

2. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed in its entirety due to the lack of grounds, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed in its entirety as there is no ground for appeal.
