A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The seized evidence as referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 6 and 8 through 31 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 2012, 2012, the Defendant received marijuana from the 303rd room in Ansan-si, the Defendant received marijuana 5 weeks from E.

2. The Defendant smoked marijuana in a place on the same day as the above 1.3g of plastic leaves by inserting 0.5g of marijuana to plastic bottles, and attaching a fluence thereto, at the same time as the above 1.1.

3. The Defendant purchased and sold marijuana at the same place as the above 1.3 billion won, with the F’s leaf leaves about 16gs dry, and in return, 40,000 won.

4. On October 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold marijuana at the same place as above 1.1; (b) around February 16, 2013, the Defendant: (c) purchased and sold it to “G”, a U.K.; and (d) transferred approximately KRW 60 g of hemp to the new bank account in the name of H, in return, from February 16, 2013.

5. On November 2012, 2012, the Defendant received marijuana from E with approximately 1kg of hemp, at the same place as above 1.

6. On November 2012, the Defendant received approximately 700 g of marijuana from E in the same place as the above 1., and from E in the same manner as the Defendant received it.

7. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant received approximately KRW 50,00,00 from E in front of E’s house located in Suwon-si I, Suwon-si, and again received approximately KRW 50,000 from E to F, and in return, remitted to the bank account in the name of E.

Accordingly, the defendant sold and purchased marijuana in collusion with E.

8. On December 25, 2012, the Defendant received approximately KRW 50,00,00 from E in front of the E’s house located in Suwon-si I, Suwon-si, and again received approximately KRW 50,000 from E, to J, and in return, remitted KRW 50,000 to the bank account in the name of E.

Accordingly, the defendant sold and purchased marijuana in collusion with E.

9. On January 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in front of the E’s house located in Suwon-si I; (b) in the front of the E’s house located in Suwon-si I; (c) 50g of marijuana 50g from E; and (d) re-in the name of J in front of the L in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu; and (c) in return, the name of E.
