A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a car in the 1st square road located in Seopo-dong in Seopo-si in Seopo-si in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si from approximately 3 km to the Roter-ri road at the entrance of the B building in Seopo-si.
