1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 17, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;

In accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015), the part claiming damages for delay seeking payment in excess of the rate of 15% per annum after April 17, 2016, following the date of service of the duplicate of the complaint, is dismissed.
