A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Gwangju District Court due to night intrusion, larceny, etc. on July 1, 201, and was sentenced one and a half years of imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Macheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court on July 1, 2010, and on November 24, 201, in addition to the completion of the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison,

The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) around 07:30 on December 201, 201, in E management of victim D in 197:30, the Defendant sold to F business owners G, the market value of the victim, which was behind the building, was unexplodedd as one’s own property, and had the said G take away from the cargo vehicle.

In addition, the Defendant habitually stolen the victims' property on six occasions from the beginning of December 201 to July 22, 2012, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. From February 10, 2012 to October 26, 2012, the Defendant driving a H non-license (unlicensed driving) on the engine displacement of 249cc, without obtaining a driver’s license, from a KRW 10,000,000 to KRW 249cc.
