A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On June 13, 2018, the Defendant purchased KRW 200,00,00 for a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.7ggg of Maspiles (hereinafter referred to as “peropon”) from Dozine D in front of the “CLP pests” located in Hadong-gun B on June 13, 2018.

B. On July 7, 2018, the Defendant committed the same year.

7.7. At around 00:24, around the above “CPG charging station,” one of the one for a single-use injection containing approximately 0.7g of phiphones from D, purchased at KRW 200,000.

2. Around the lower end of November 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones by melting them at the Defendant’s home located in the Hadong-gun E, and 0.03g of phiphones in the call.
