Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 16, the National Assembly of Korea (M, etc.) held the National Countermeasure Committee (M, etc.) and the Family Council of the Plaintiff’s Bereaved Family Council in March 16, 2015; around 15:50 on April 18, 2015, held the 4/16 Joint Members at the Seoul administrative forum located in Jung-gu, Seoul, and the 9,000 family members in March, 200 under the participation of the 9,00 family members in the 16th National Assembly, and held the 19,00 family members in March, 200.
At around 16:00 on April 18, 2015, the Defendant arrived at the luminous Scenic for participation in the above demonstration, and then reached the delivery in front of the Sejong Culture Center, Jongno-gu Seoul, Seoul, Sejong, at around 17:00 on the same day. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of order at the assembly and demonstration site.
