A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence subparagraph 5 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 25, 2013, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) was removed from the “E Real Estate operated by the victim D” in Pyeongtaek-si; (b) was removed from the office by using the Raber (a total length of 50cc) that was previously prepared for the crime prevention windows installed therein; and (c) went into the office; and (d) removed the computers owned by the victim D, which were located there, and then removed the computers from the market price of 50,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by damaging a crime prevention window installed in a structure at night.

2. At night, the Defendant had committed the crime as referred to in the above 1. Paragraph (1), and had continued intruded into the surrounding places, thereby attempting to steals the property.

On May 25, 2013, around 03:30 on May 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked window and opened a shock network; (b) attempted to intrude into the said network by opening it; (c) however, the victim F, who was in the place, was able to hear the sound in which the windows are opened, and (d) did not take part in an attempted crime.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and tried to steals another's property, but he attempted to do so.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Labor Standards Act is a representative of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H Building 204, who runs a construction business by employing one full-time worker.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant is working in charge of general affairs from January 17, 2012 to May 25, 2012 at the above workplace.

The retirement J's wage of 80,000, the wage of 1,800,000,000 for April 2012, and the wage of 1,451,620 for May 2012 is extended by the due date of payment.
