1. The defendant shall order each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the real estate listed in the attached list to the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

가. 원고는 2012. 4. 1. 피고와 별지 목록 기재 부동산 중 별지 도면 표시 1, 2, 3, 4, 1의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈎ 부분 431.8㎡(이하 ‘이 사건 부동산’이라 한다)에 관하여 원고를 위탁의뢰자, 피고를 위탁운영자로 하는 게임센터위탁운영계약을 체결하였는바 그 계약 내용 중 이 사건과 관련된 부분은 아래와 같다

Article 2 (Subject Matters) The subject matters entrusted to a game center (name of business type: Juvenile game providing business) pursuant to this Agreement shall be as follows:

Article 3 (Establishment of Operational Entrustment Relationship) ① Under the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, A shall entrust B with the operation of the Game Center with the FNIT brand in the subject matter, and B shall be entrusted and operated.

However, A shall directly perform the duties of authorization, permission, and reporting in the name of A, and the responsibility for non-authorization, non-permission, or return of a report shall be borne by A.

2. Unless otherwise stipulated in this Agreement or otherwise agreed, Eul shall independently determine all matters concerning the operation and management of the Game Center in the subject matter including the following subparagraphs, and the direction and supervision of its employees:

1. The facility level, services, and details of goods of the game center;

2. Conventions and other advertisements and public relations activities;

3. Wages, conditions of employment, employment and posting of all employees;

4.Except as above, matters necessary for the operation of the Game Center on an object (entrusted Operation Services) ① For the entrusted operation under the preceding Article, Eul shall provide A with the following services:
