1. The Defendant, C, C, and D conspired to flee without paying the cost of oil between the Plaintiff and D, while boarding and leaving a car at the gas station, with a limited liability to the car, and the use of the car at the gas station is suspended to the gas station, or by presenting a physical check card with a shortage of balance.

A. On June 20, 2016, at the G oil station operated by the victim E in the north-gu, west-gu, west-gu, Y on June 18, 2016, the Defendant, C, and D, as well as the Defendant: (a) operated by the victim E; (b) D, as if C-owned H L L L were to drive and pay the oil oil, and (c) had the victim share gasoline on the said vehicle; (c) C, a new bank physical card owned by the Defendant C, and the Defendant issued the said physical card to the victim; and (d) settled the amount equivalent to KRW 82,365,00 using the said physical card.

Nevertheless, Defendant, C, and D, as seen above, deceiving the victim and let the victim take the gasoline amounting to KRW 82,365 of the market price, but did not pay the price, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

B. On July 11, 2016, the Defendant, C, and D, along with the Victim I, are running at the K station operated by the Victim I located in the Northern-guJ, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and the Defendant was driving the H H L L L car owned by C and would normally pay the oil cost, while having the Victim paid the said car.
