1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an insurance company that runs various insurance business. The Defendant concluded a contract with the Plaintiff for commission of insurance solicitors, and was affiliated with the Plaintiff’s headquarters from January 2010 and worked as an insurance solicitor.

B. The Defendant recommended B to enter into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff, and B explained that “B mainly embling a farmer during the third period of his occupation ( spring, summer, and Ga), and embling it shall also be punished in winter.”

On December 30, 2010, the Defendant agreed to enter into an insurance contract with B, and written and printed the subscription form with B, and entered the type of business in B as a cereal farmer, and B added “or fling trees” to the next entry in the column of “Gero crop cultivator’s obligation” printed on the Defendant’s subscription form.

C. The Plaintiff operated a computer system that automatically approves the policyholder’s subscription unless the policyholder-related information entered by the insurance solicitor does not fall under the items prohibited from taking over under the Plaintiff’s internal regulations in order to process the conclusion of a large volume of insurance contracts.

The Defendant entered the contents of B’s above subscription into the Plaintiff’s computerized system, and entered B’s occupation, which is a policyholder and the insured, into a erops farmer (the Plaintiff’s computerized system can only enter the policyholder’s main business), and entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff and B as “family love insurance, policy holder/insured: B, contract number: C(D), and insurance period: December 30, 2010 to December 30, 2059.”
