A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the child abuse treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Victim B (n, 41 years old) was a de facto spouse living together with the defendant since 2003, and Victim C (15 years old) was the defendant and the above B children.

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. On November 15, 2019, at around 16:50, the Defendant demanded the victim who is waiting for a bus to put oil in Ortoba in order to leave the bus on the street before the Kimcheon-si bus terminal, with an asset of 152-8 and Kimcheon-si, but when he was refused from the victim, he assaulted three times the victim’s face by drinking.

B. C. At around 13:10 on November 16, 2019, the Defendant’s house located in the above Kimcheon-si apartment E, and the Defendant’s house called “Chocheon-si promptly” to mean that the victim does not have his house and does not have his house. Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim and damaged the victim's property.

On November 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 08:20 on November 19, 2019 on the ground that the victim does not go home before G Child Care Centers in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, but (b) the Defendant saw the victim as the victim and took the clothes of the victim.
