1. The Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. and the New Master Construction Co., Ltd. shall list the respective cited amounts in attached Form 2.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant New Name Construction, such as the parties, is the contractor and the contractor of the construction of the new E apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) that is a multi-family housing with a scale of 1,002 square meters on the ground of 33,836.524 square meters above the land of the area of the free economic zone in Incheon City. The Defendant Korea Land Trust is a trustee entrusted with the sale of the apartment, fund management, administrative affairs, etc. from Defendant New Name Construction.

Of the Plaintiffs, the Plaintiffs indicated in the “Plaintiff” list of the cited Amount in [Attachment 2] are those who entered into a sales contract directly with Defendant Korea Land Trust with respect to the instant apartment (Plaintiff F is only about 105 dong 1203 dong 1203 dong 105 dong 1203 dong 1203). The Plaintiffs listed in the attached Table 3 (Plaintiff F is only about 103 Dong 1702 dong 1702 dong 1702) are those who succeeded to the status of the buyer from the persons listed in

(hereinafter the first buyer and the Defendant Korea Land Trust (hereinafter referred to as the "sale contract in this case"). Defendant Incheon City is the general project executor of the development project of the Incheon Free Economic Zone in which the apartment of this case was constructed and the authority to formulate the Incheon Basic Urban Planning. Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation and Incheon City Corporation are the unit project operator of the Young District Development Project and the supply of the apartment site to Defendant New Name Construction.

B. The location condition of the apartment site of this case, which is the apartment site of this case, D is located near the east of Yong-do, which is an island located in Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

Young-do west-do is located in and around Incheon International Airport, and an airport new city is developed around it.

The Young River was opened on November 200 to connect Young-do and Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon. An airport railway was opened on March 2007, which passed the Young-si, and the Incheon Seo-si, which combines Young-do and Seo-gu, Incheon Seo-do.
