Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On June 21, 2014, around 18:40 on June 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sought to “D 1st floor, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) took a bath for the victim E, such as “Cpule, dead,” on the ground that the Defendant did not enter into a contract with him; (c) took actions, such as smugglinging the victim’s chest; and (d) obstructed the victim’s duties for about 30 minutes, such as interfering with the victim’s duties.
