Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2015, the Defendant driven a B-type car with alcohol content of about 0.109% in the 1km section at around 69 minutes from the road in front of the same Gu on the road where it is impossible to identify the address of 23:04, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul, and the address of the evidence.
