1. On November 6, 2010, the Defendant entered into a real estate sales contract with the victim E and the business office of the F Co., Ltd. in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, with respect to the purchase price of KRW 18 million for the purchase price of KRW 788.47 square meters in South Korea.

Therefore, the Defendant, as such, was urged by the victim, and received KRW 18 million from the victim as the purchase price.
