Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From May 30, 2011, the Defendant recruited several members, including victims C, D, and E, and organized the sequences in which one million won per month was collected for 30 months each month to receive interest pursuant to the sequences set by 30,000 won and the sequences, and the Defendant received 30,000,000 won by being allocated one as a fraternity.

From March 20, 2012, the Defendant recruited several members, including the Victim F, from around 20,000 to KRW 80,000 each month, and organized the ruptures to receive interest by the sequence 20,000 won and the sequence 50,000,000. The Defendant received KRW 20,000 as the rupture and received KRW 1 as the ruptures.

Since the Defendant is in the position of guidance that he first received the fraternity in the course of operating the fraternity as above, if there occurs any fraternity that does not pay the fraternity, he was aware of other guidances including the Defendant, who should inform the fraternity members and settle the account without receiving the additional fraternity if there are many guidances that are not paid and are not capable of being able to cover it.

The defendant continued to increase in the number of members who did not receive the fraternity payments, and there were many members who did not receive the fraternity payments around February 2013, and the defendant also was faced with economic difficulties due to the husband's accident, so even if he did not have the ability to receive the fraternity payments from the victims, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the fraternity payments by the sequences set by the victims even if he did not receive the fraternity payments.

Nevertheless, the defendant has other property, such as compensation, etc.
