Punishment of the crime
On January 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 6, 2015.

The phrase “the victim was made to operate the Msan market” to the victim.
After arrival in the Msan fishing market, the victim first demanded the taxi fee to the place, the defendant acted as if there is a day to see, and the defendant borrowed 20,000 won from the victim by making a false statement that "when he arrives in the Boan, he lends 20,000 won along with the taxi expenses." After 15 minutes, the victim again borrowed 20,000 won from the victim, and "I am to the Tong Young-gu Red Cross Hospital........ I am to the Tong Young-gu Red Cross Hospital.."
At around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant continued to be in the presence of the Red Cross Hospital in the territory of the Republic of Korea, 97, the center of the city of Tong-si, the Defendant, and the victim.
