A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the husband of the Victim B (Min, 46 years of age).

On April 23, 2019, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire without any particular reason at the Defendant’s residence located in Andong-si C apartment D, Andong-si, and assaulted the victim’s face at a drinking time.
