1. The defendant on June 15, 2010, as to the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff, Busan District Court Busan District Court registry office.

On June 15, 2010, the Plaintiff agreed to purchase the real estate listed in the separate sheet from the deceased C (hereinafter “the deceased”) and paid the price, and completed the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer as Busan District Court’s receipt of Busan District Court’s receipt of registration office as to the real estate on June 15, 2010.

However, the deceased died on December 201, and the only inheritor inherited the deceased’s property by himself.

The Plaintiff expressed his/her intent to complete the pre-sale agreement upon the delivery of the duplicate of the complaint of this case. As such, the Defendant is obligated to implement the principal registration procedure of transfer of ownership on the ground of the completion of the pre-sale agreement on the said real estate based on the provisional registration.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
