Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to four months by the Changwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and was sentenced to six months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court on April 30, 2010.

On February 17, 2014, at around 21:20, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle driver’s license at approximately 100 meters, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license at approximately 0.116%, while under the influence of alcohol, B 124C B while under the influence of alcohol content at approximately 0.116%.
