Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2016, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven BM5 car at a section of about 100 meters from the front parking lot of the 186 wood apartment 711, Dong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul to the 712 front parking lot of the same apartment from 186 wood apartment 71, Dong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
