Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B is the representative director of C, a motor vehicle rental business entity, and the defendant A is a person who is engaged in the motor vehicle rental business under the name of the above company.

1. No person other than the defendant A car rental business operator shall run the automobile rental business by using the whole or part of automobiles for business purposes under his/her own or another person's name;

Nevertheless, on October 30, 2015, the Defendant leased the above company name D and B from the office of the Jeonjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul and the office of the second floor C, and paid 50,000 won per month for each vehicle. The Defendant used 14 vehicles, such as E vehicles registered in the name of the above company, such as E vehicles, and operated the automobile rental business in the office of the Jeonjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Fud G heading from around that time to August 2017.

2. No motor vehicle rental business operator of the defendant B shall have another rental business operator or a person who is not a rental business operator operate the motor vehicle rental business by using all or part of the commercial motor vehicle with or without compensation;

Nevertheless, on October 30, 2015, the Defendant lent the name of the said company that was registered as a motor vehicle leasing business operator at the office of the Jeonjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D and the office of the second floor C, and caused A to operate the motor vehicle leasing business using the motor vehicle registered in the name of the said company, and caused A to operate the motor vehicle leasing business by using the motor vehicle registered in the name of the said company from October 30 to August 2017, 2015, along with 14 motor vehicles registered in the name of the said company, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table C.
