A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2018, at a restaurant operated by the victim E (n, 50 years of age) located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, around 18:50 on July 20, 2018, the Defendant laid down the part of the victim's right head on one occasion by a shoulderer who is a dangerous object of the victim's breaking the pedal at the above restaurant, and caused the victim a head cover that requires a treatment for about 14 days.
