The Defendant is the representative director of “C”, a living information newspaper.

C. On June 3, 2013, the Defendant is also in a newspaper operated by the same person as the leader of a crime group that makes the employees up for a newspaper at the same place as the above paragraph (a) for the purpose of slandering K, which is the representative of the Dispute Resolution D.
