1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of forty million won; and

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of suspension of execution for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties at the Daegu District Court on February 15, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 15, 2013, and on December 5, 2013, the Daegu District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to eight months of punishment for embezzlement, which became final and conclusive on December 13, 2013.

1. On August 10, 2014, at around 21:35, the Defendant: (a) took a cab operated by the victim D (the age of 4) in the vicinity of the Hansung-gu Suwon-ro river; (b) took the cab in front of the middle school located in the middle school; and (c) took a direct action without informing the victim of the destination; and (d) the victim directly taken the destination of the Defendant at the vicinity of the Fju-ro located in the same Gu E, the Defendant expressed that “the cexe will take the destination of the Defendant, i.e., whether the customer would be free; and (e) the driver of a vehicle driving in one time by taking the victim’s face from the cell phone that the victim intending to go to the police station.”

2. At the time and place indicated in paragraph 1, the injured Defendant was sprinked after the victim was assaulted as stated in paragraph 1, and was spatched by the police officer upon receiving a report, the Defendant was spatched with spatching the victim’s neck and spatching the victim’s spatch with his hand in order to have the victim

3. 경범죄처벌법위반 피고인은 2014. 8. 10. 22:10경 대구 수성구 들안로 54 수성경찰서 상동지구대에서 제1, 2항 기재와 같은 이유로 임의동행된 후 담당경찰관이 귀가하라고 하였음에도 불구하고 “이 씹새끼, 개새끼, 총 없나, 순사 맞나, 총 가지고 땡기고 싶다”라며 소리치면서 주먹으로 지구대 출입문 유리창을 때리려고 하고, 테이블을 주먹으로 내려치면서 소리를 지르는 등 같은 날 22:30경까지 약 20분간 술에 취한 채로 관공서에서 몹시 거친 말과 행동으로 주정하거나 시끄럽게 하였다.
