1. The Defendant’s KRW 80,000,00 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from September 11, 2015 to June 29, 2016, and the following.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 31, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an advertising model agreement (hereinafter “instant advertising model agreement”) with the Defendant who engages in the business of manufacturing, selling, etc. of medical devices as follows.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate clearly the rights and obligations between the plaintiff and the defendant in making contributions to the defendant's production as a model.

Article 2 (Scope of Contract) (A) The Plaintiff’s contribution refers to the four medium advertisements for all items of the Defendant. (including the Plaintiff’s contribution to the company PPR advertising) The frequency of radio waves and printing productions shall be two times a year, respectively. However, if necessary, additional pictures may be taken under mutual agreement. At the request of the Defendant, the Plaintiff shall pay to the Defendant a grace fee of KRW 2,00,000 (including KRW 2,00,000, and the withholding amount). (b) At the Defendant’s request, the Plaintiff has the obligation to contribute to the dissemination of the products produced or planned by the Defendant (CATV-C, Rdio-CM), printing ( newspapers/mms), special (door/polars), advertising, POP, promotional films and materials, etc., and at the Defendant’s request, shall comply with the Defendant’s re-recording or re-recording necessary for the completion of the production.

C) At the request of the Defendant, the Plaintiff is obligated to actively cooperate in the event of the Defendant, and the Defendant pays a separate show fee to the Plaintiff. At the time of participation in the event corresponding to the pandemanship conference, the show bonus shall be one million won per day (including one thousand won, one hundred million won, and the withholding amount) as of the first time. The contract term of this contract under Article 3 (Period of Contract) shall be two years from August 1, 2014 to July 31, 2016: Provided, That if there is no objection between the Plaintiff and the Defendant one month before the expiration of the contract, the contract term shall be two years automatically. Article 5 (Conditions for Payment of Model Fees) (A) The Plaintiff’s annual model fee shall be as follows:
