A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B is a person engaging in driving a two-wheeled vehicle C.
At around 20:30 on October 9, 2019, the Defendant, at the front intersection of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, along the two-lanes between the two-lanes and the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes.
