A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On May 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment and four years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 7, 2016.

[2] The Defendant is the mother of the victim B (n, 23 years of age) and was a person who tried to go to a candidate for C market under the jurisdiction of the Party at the six simultaneous local election (n, 2014. 6. 4) of the year 2014.

On February 2, 2014, at the time of operating a election campaign office, the Defendant asked the victim in preparation for employment to engage in election campaign, such as computer X-ray work or sending text messages, and tried to rape the victim by using an opportunity to rest with the victim in the office.

At around 18:30 on February 2, 2014, the Defendant, from around February 1 to March 2014, 2014, raped the victim: (a) left the 7th election office of D Building building from around 18:30 on the date to around March 2014; (b) reported the victim to the 7th election office of D building where she was married and the victim was married; and (c) forced the victim to talk about his/her employment with his/her own hand, talk with him/her on his/her chest, and forced him/her to talk with the victim; and (d) the victim was tightly sealed by the victim with his/her hand, and (e) tried to report the victim under § 1-a-a-a-a-a-be (a-be-a-be (a-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be).

“Along with the victim’s body, the victim had both descendants and prevented the victim from resisting against the victim’s body, and had the victim sexual intercourse once.

Accordingly, the defendant raped a relative related victim.

2. From April 201 to May 5, 2014, the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act on the part of the victim’s house located in F in F in P.m. from April 2014 to around May 5, 2014, parked his/her Ecoo vehicle on the road located in F.m., and the victim was granted to the victim, and then the victim was sent to the head of the above vehicle, and then “I sent well
