A. The Plaintiffs are sectional owners of the 6th floor of the building indicated in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”).

The current status of divided ownership of the sixth floor of the building of this case is as listed below, and the location of each room is indicated in the attached drawing.

B. Around October 2002, X entered into a lease agreement with the co-owners of each of the units of the building, with the exception of 601, 609, 610, and 611 among the 6th floor of the instant building, on or around the 25th day of each month, on or around the lease deposit. From around that time, the Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s total area of the 6th floor of the instant cafeteria, which is the common area of each of the units of the building, including the 1,2,3,4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1 of the separate drawings indicating the 242.721 square meters in total and the 39.363 square meters in a corridor which is the common area of the 6th floor of the instant building and the 642.084 square meters in common area (hereinafter “instant cafeteria”).
