Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 19,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who imports and produces goods related to grotha and tents while operating D in the Sungsung City of Gyeonggi-do.

1. Around January 13, 2011, the Defendant changed the private document to US$43,320, which was received from the Chinese exporter E using a computer program, and submitted to the Incheon Customs by modifying the “US$43,320” from the “US$90,540” to the “US$43,320” for the purpose of reporting the import price at a lower price than the actual transaction price at a low price at the above D office. Around January 27, 2011, the Defendant reported the import to the Incheon Customs, and submitted the modified personal document as if it was duly constituted at the time of filing the import declaration to the customs office, and submitted it to the Incheon Customs by altering the stamp’s price column over 18 times as shown in the attached list 1 from that time to December 30, 2013 without authority.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant altered the name of the exporting company, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact, 18, respectively, and exercised the same.

2. If it is intended to import any goods in violation of the Customs Act, the name, standard, quantity, and price of the relevant goods shall be reported to the head of a customs office and shall not make a false declaration on the dutiable value, tariff rate, etc.

On June 3, 2010, the Defendant: (a) filed an import declaration on June 3, 2010; (b) filed an import declaration on the 460 PC; (c) filed an import declaration on the 15,065 PC; and (d) evaded customs duties of KRW 1,492,134 on the Difference 15,065 from the date of reporting as if the actual price was purchased in 30,130; and (d) filed an evasion of customs duties of KRW 56,281,893 on the Difference 506,773 by filing a declaration at a lower price than the actual price, from around that time to March 27, 2014.
