Punishment A and C shall be KRW 8 million for each fine, and a fine of KRW 5 million for Defendant B shall be imposed.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to engage in a coastal net fishery by Defendant A and Defendant B shall obtain permission for each fishing vessel or fishing gear from the competent Mayor/Do Governor. The main vessel D (9.77 tons) and auxiliary vessels E (9.77 tons) to which Defendant A is the captain is the captain is granted permission only for the operation in the coastal area in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do and there is no fact that Defendant A was granted permission for the operation in the coastal area in Jeonnam-do.

Nevertheless, at around 12:50 on September 2, 2017, the Defendants: (a) attached one end part of the coastal line network to the aft of the main line D; (b) deposited the aft of the subordinate line E with the other end part of the coastal line network; and (c) carried out defrat operation by drawing this end; and (d) operated one time on September 20, 2017 at the sea of approximately 2.5 days at the eth of the former North Eastwest-gun, the west-gun, the North Eastwest-gun, the Northwest-gun, the Northwest-gun, and around October 27, 2017 at KRW 1.2 nautical miles between the Northwest-gun, the Northwest-gun, the Northwest-gun, the Northwest-gun, and around 20:09.

As a result, Defendants conspired to run a coastal network fishery without obtaining permission from September 2, 2017 to October 27, 2017.

2. As to the Defendant C’s duties as the owner of the main line D and its subsidiary line E, Defendant C and B carried on coastal network fishing without obtaining permission from the competent Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed in paragraph 1 of the above Article.
