[criminal history] On January 29, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court, and a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on March 9, 2012.

[Criminal facts] On May 27, 2017, the Defendant driven Bone Star Corbeon under the influence of alcohol leveling to about 0.089% of alcohol leveling from a section of about 8 km in the middle natural science and later road of the 387-gu in the fluoric street change at a mar-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the fluoric street change.
