1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. A Housing Reconstruction Improvement Project Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Establishment Promotion Committee”) was approved by the Defendant on October 22, 2007 for the purpose of promoting housing reconstruction projects of KRW 5,00,000, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju.

B. On January 29, 2016, the Defendant received an application for dissolution of the Establishment Promotion Committee and examined the application, and rendered a disposition revoking the approval of the establishment of the Establishment Promotion Committee on June 8, 2016 (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

C. After the establishment promotion committee selected G as the representative for the Plaintiff’s application for subsidies, which is the establishment promotion committee (Dissolution promotion committee) whose approval was revoked pursuant to the following relevant provisions (hereinafter “instant public notification provision”), among the public notice of business process standards for subsidizing expenses for rearrangement projects in Cheongju-si (Public notice F in Cheongju-si), and filed the instant lawsuit in the name of the Plaintiff.
