Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2015, at around 10:00, the Defendant driven a passenger car B without the driver’s license for a vehicle with approximately KRW 100 km section from the front of the Do to the front road of the Taeyangyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Do in the direction of the Doncheon-gu, Samyang-do.
