[Criminal Power] On September 17, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 6, 2011, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center.

2. Larceny;
A.
