A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 2017, the Defendant altered official documents, at the Defendant’s office located in Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, the Defendant stated that “regular”, “No. 18, 2017, Oct. 17, 2017,” and “No. 17, 2017, Oct. 17, 2017, 201; and “No. 17, 2018. Oct. 17, 2017.” and “No. 17, 2018.” and “No. 4, the Defendant’s seal was affixed to the Defendant’s name.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant altered one copy of the construction machinery registration certificate under the name of the Kimhae-si Registration Office.

2. Around November 2017, the Defendant submitted a registration certificate of construction machinery altered in accordance with paragraph 1 to FF employees who are not aware of the alteration at the F Office located in the Gannam-si Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the altered official document.
