1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 64,388,900 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from February 12, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendants supplied food materials to the defendants who sell freezing food (food materials) with the trade name "C" and the defendants failed to pay KRW 64,388,900 out of the price of the above goods.

According to the above facts, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the unpaid amount of KRW 64,388,90 and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 12, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is obvious that the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order.

Therefore, the plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants are justified, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
