The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

A. On August 6, 2016, the Defendant, at around 14:00, found one copy of the Agricultural C C (E) No. 1 of the Victim D (20 years of age, South)’s cream card (E) on the street before boomed boomed at Yangju-si, Yangju-si, and embezzled it with the intention of acquisition without reporting the acquisition thereof to the police authorities near it, or finding the victim.

나. 절도 피고인은 피해자 F(47 세, 남) 이 2017. 5. 29. 09:16 경 국민은행 고읍 지점 2 층 공과금 납부 기계 앞에서 피해자 명의 국민은행 체크카드 1매 (G )를 이용하여 공과금 납부를 한 뒤 깜박 하고 공과금 단말기 위에 카드를 올려놓고 그대로 간 것을 기회로, 2017. 6. 2. 09:45 경 국민은행 고읍 지점에 들어가 은행 안 내부 여기저기와 단말기 등을 뒤져 보다가 2 층 공과금 기계 상단에서 피해 자가 놓고 간 본건 피해 카드를 발견하고 오른손으로 집어 들고 왼손으로 옮겨 잠바 왼쪽 주머니에 넣고 가는 방법으로 절취하였다.

1) The Defendant, on August 8, 2016, by using the card embezzled by the act referred to in paragraph (a) above, by deceiving the victim’s card (E) from the I convenience store at H 102 at Yangju-si on August 8, 2016 at H 102 at H, and purchasing goods equivalent to KRW 9,850 on that card, and then by deceiving the victim’s employee of his own convenience store at H 100 on the same day from 09:31 to 10:30 on the same day, he shall acquire the goods equivalent to KRW 34,250 on three occasions in total, and 2) the Defendant, using the card embezzled by the act referred to in paragraph (a) above, by purchasing the victim’s card at H 10:5 on August 8, 2016 to purchase the victim’s own convenience card at H 20:7.0 on that day by deceiving the victim’s employees at H 100 on that 2.0 on that day by using the aforementioned 3 card.0.0 on that day.
