A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B rocketing siren.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained the injury of the victim C (40) in need of approximately two weeks’ medical treatment, tensions, tensions, etc., and the injury of the victim E (58 years old) on the part of the shoulder that requires approximately two weeks’ medical treatment, the injury of the victim F (50 years old), such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks’ medical treatment, and the injury of the victim G (46 years old) in need of approximately two weeks’ medical treatment, and the injury of the victim H (46 years old) (5 years old), such as dratum base and tension in need of approximately two weeks’ medical treatment, respectively.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., refusal to measure drinking), committed a traffic accident while driving a rocketing car at the same time and place under the influence of alcohol as above.
