Defendant

A is the chairperson of the measures for residents of the same Gu, adjacent to the new construction work site for the final sewage treatment plant in Ulsan-gu, U.S., and the defendant B, C, and D are residents of the same village.

The Defendants ordered the Filwon in Ulsan-gu, U.S. to the same city, and decided to interfere with the construction work by exercising power and preventing vehicles from entering the construction site, even though the completion of the G sewage terminal treatment plant and sewage pumping station completed between February 27, 2013 and February 26, 2016, the Defendants were malodor-related facilities that have considerable problems in exercising property rights.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 14, 2014, from around 09:00 to around 12:00 on the same day, Defendant A instigated 20 passengers of the construction vehicle, etc. to enter the transit pumps installed at the front side of the construction site and to remove snow in the transit pumps installed by the Construction Co., Ltd. in front of the construction site, and caused considerable damages to Defendant A’s entrance from around 20:0 on the same day to around 14:00 on the same day by inciting 20 of the construction vehicle to enter the transit pumps installed at the public hearing for the residents of sewage terminal construction implemented at Ulsan City without undergoing a public hearing. He may protect the right to life of H’s property.
