1. The defendant shall be placed in the name of each trademark right holder listed in attached Table 1-7 and shall be placed in the name of the trademark right holder and attached Table 1-11.

1. Facts of recognition;

(a) The companies established and managed by C’s establishment and management C in order to engage in the business of cooking fishery products and manufacturing fishery products shall be as follows:

1) On July 8, 1993, D Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of agricultural and fishery products freezing, cooling, and water tank processing business, etc. around 1998, its factory site has deteriorated and disposed of as auction by exercising the right to collateral security. On December 3, 2002, the factory site was dissolved pursuant to Article 520-2(1) of the Commercial Act, and the liquidation was completed on December 19, 2005, E Co., Ltd. was established on February 10, 1998 for the purpose of water tank processing and manufacturing business.

3) On March 24, 199, F Co., Ltd. was established for the purpose of the water tank, food, beverage wholesale and retail business, and the air conditioning and freezing business of agricultural, fishery and livestock products. 4) On November 25, 2008, G Co., Ltd. was established on April 7, 2005 for the purpose of the water tank and beverage manufacturing business, the processed food selling business of agricultural, fishery and livestock products, the processed food selling business of agricultural, fishery and livestock products, and the wholesale and retail business of drinking and food beverages. The trade name was changed to H Co., Ltd. on September 1, 2008.

H Co., Ltd. closed its business on January 31, 2009, and was dissolved pursuant to Article 520-2(1) of the Commercial Act on December 2, 2013, and the liquidation was completed pursuant to Article 520-2(4) of the Commercial Act on December 2, 2016.

B. The registered trademark C and the registered service mark C related to the Defendant and the registered service mark 1) the details of the registered trademark related to C and the company established and managed by C and their major rights changes are as listed in the attached Table 2, and the main use details are as follows (hereinafter collectively referred to as “previous I trademark”).

- Co., Ltd., Ltd., on April 16, 1998, completed the transfer registration of trademark rights from J as to the registered trademark as set out in attached Table 1-6, 10, 12, 15-18, 20, 21, and 22 of the attached list 2, and used the trademark in the canned products, etc. sold by E.

- Co., Ltd. F shall be on April 200, 200 with respect to the registered trademarks listed in [Attachment II] Nos. 1 to 17, 21, 22 and 23.
