All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a clan consisting of descendants who jointly set up D 31 descendants "E", and the plaintiff is a member of the defendant's clan.

B. On November 27, 2017, the date of the first ordinary meeting (hereinafter “the first ordinary meeting”), the Defendant held a general meeting (hereinafter “the date of the second ordinary meeting”), and a resolution was made with the content that the Defendant’s clan C was appointed as the Defendant’s chairperson at the above general meeting.
