Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant applied for a competitive recruitment examination for local fire-fighting officers (hereinafter referred to as "employment examination") in Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as "Seoul Special Metropolitan City") and received notification of final success on or around January 9, 2018.

Although the Defendant intended to apply for the above recruitment examination, he was aware that he falls short of the essential qualification requirements for the employment of career workers (at least two years after obtaining the first class license of a doctor, nurse, and emergency medical technician), and submitted a false certificate of career to apply for the above recruitment examination by submitting a false certificate of career to the Defendant.

Around January 2017, the Defendant asked D, the representative director of the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Co., Ltd., a Co., Ltd., which was established in the Changwon-si, to "Welju-gu, as if he had been employed in the first aid team". In response, D had subscribed to the health insurance as if the Defendant had not been actually employed in the above company, even though the Defendant had not been actually employed.

On December 13, 2017, the Defendant applied for the above recruitment examination by submitting a career certificate of December 6, 2017 (as the Defendant had worked from February 2, 2017 to May 31, 2017) issued in the name of the representative of the Daejeon Fire-Fighting Headquarters and the office located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon. Around December 13, 2017, the Defendant was notified of the final passing disposition around January 9, 2018.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of E who is a public official of the Daejeon Fire Headquarters on the examination of the career of local fire officials by deceptive means.
