A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From October 2014 to around 11:00 on March 2015, the Defendant was under confinement with the victim C (here, 79 students) and the victim, on the first day, around 11:00, at the “E Child Care Center” parking lot operated by the victim in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, allowed the victim to take aboard and talk with the victim, while doing talk with the victim.
