Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:10 on January 15, 2014, the Defendant driven a Bchier car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.077% from around 500 meters to the front road of the light underground tea, as long as the Defendant was in the same Dong from the front of the restaurant of “Yule Funeral,” which is located in the Yari-dong from the front of the restaurant to the front road.
