Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2016, at around 23:27, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 700 meters from the 70-meter section to the front road of the Gyeyangyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-do, where it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Goak-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu.
