Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 26, 2010 without obtaining a license under the Liquor Tax Act, the Defendant purchased beer and sold it to the merchants in the name of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (main home flusium) from the (main home flusium) river flusium in the village of Gangseo-gu, Seoul and sold it to the merchants in the name of the Defendant. From around that time to August 30, 2010, the Defendant purchased alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 30,250,336 (per 468,00,000, 12,062,640 square meters per week) from a large store, such as home flusium, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1) from around August 30, 2010.

2. On July 9, 2010, the Defendant, in collusion with D and C, purchased beer at the New World Embane store located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and sold it to the merchants with no name, and around that time, from August 30, 2010 to August 30, 2010, purchased alcoholic beverages of an amount of 16,051,968 won in a large store, such as the New World Embrate (324,000 square, 6,313,320 square meters in small liquor) and sold it to persons with no identity.
