A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of road traffic law (drinking) at the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court on July 14, 2006, and a fine of three million won for the same crime at the above court on December 17, 2008.

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant driven a C car with alcohol content of about 300 meters from the section of approximately 0.108% of alcohol content in blood to the front road of the Jin-si Dogdong, which is located in the same Dogdong, from the roads near the Dogdong apartment in the Sigsan Sinsan Movement, around 22:55, the Defendant driven a C car with alcohol content of about 0.108%.

On July 14, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million on December 17, 2008, and a fine of KRW 3 million on December 17, 2008 by the above court as the same crime, in the case of a violation of road traffic law (driving) at the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court.

On October 16, 2015, at around 20:30, the Defendant driven a CKaren car with alcohol content of at least 0.104% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 20 meters, which is around the same city of the U.S., U.S., U.S., M., Sin-si, U.S., U.S. (U.S.) in front of a cafeteria, U.S., U.S., U.K.
